Since its creation in 1997, the research mission of the Symbiotec laboratory has been to research, create and develop a unique fermentation technique using the symbiosis of bacteria and yeast.
This long investigation and development work has led to the creation of a new symbiosis fermentation technique:
Symbiotechnology
Symbiotechnology enables the creation of fermented in symbiosis ingredients for use in human and animal nutrition, cosmetics, agroecology, biophytosanitary products and also for the valorisation of ecoproducts to ensure sustainable development.
The research carried out by the Symbiotec laboratory has made it possible to discover the beneficial effects of symbiotechnology products on human, animal and plant microbiota.
